Senior people, on the work
The people you meet in the pitch are the people who deliver. We've built the firm so that's always true.

No bait-and-switch
The familiar pattern: a senior partner appears at kickoff, charms the room, and is never seen again. Delivery falls to a team you didn't meet and didn't choose. We don't staff that way. The people in the pitch are the people on the project, start to finish.

Keeping senior people on the work limits how many projects we can run at once. That's a feature. It's the constraint that keeps the promise honest, and it's why we pick our engagements carefully instead of taking everything that walks in.
