• 4+ years designing digital products end-to-end
• A portfolio that shows shipped work, not just concepts
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Comfort moving between research, UX, and high-fidelity UI
• An eye for systems — components, tokens, consistency

• Design flows, interfaces, and design systems for client products
• Run lightweight research and usability sessions
• Partner with engineers to ship pixel-honest work
• Contribute to and maintain our shared component library
• Present and defend design decisions with clients
