AI Engineer

You engineer AI products in full — models, data pipelines, evaluation, observability, deployment. You treat AI quality as software quality and design around what AI can't do.

• 4+ years in software engineering, with applied ML or LLM work
• Experience shipping AI features to production
• A discipline of evals, regression checks, and observability
• Pragmatism about cost, latency, and compliance trade-offs
• Strong software fundamentals beyond just model calls

• Build end-to-end AI products, not demos
• Design eval harnesses and quality gates before features
• Wire models into reliable, observable systems
• Design around hallucination, cost, and data sensitivity
• Work directly with clients on real AI problems
